Once the house is finished we will be delighted to accompany you to outlets for the furniture and electrical goods you will undoubtedly be needing, many of these we have discount arrangements with which we will be happy to pass on to you.

LAND AND NEW BUILD PROJECTS

You may have wondered as you have driven round the island what happens with all those empty plots you have seen………

Well many of these are in private hands and do come on to the market although the supply of these has been greatly reduced in the last couple of years as restrictions have been brought in to force. However we do have some plots for sale and will be happy to show you what we have available.

We will be able to tell you the planning status of these and what can and can not be built on them. Although these can be built on you will not get actual planning permission until your plans have been approved by the local town hall.
