IS PROPERTY IN SPAIN A GOOD INVESTMENT
The big question on everyone´s lips!
Any so-called expert who professes to have an infallible crystal ball regarding investment trends or predictions of economic growth or decline should be treated with extreme caution. We can´t and won´t tell you that Spanish property is guaranteed to rise 20% in value every year although there are some agents out there who will! All we can do is give you some sensible investment pointers based on our own experience and knowledge mixed with some good old common sense and gut-feeling for the market.

Take away the obstacles to population movement and naturally everyone will gravitate to the area with the best climate and most attractive healthy lifestyle. This is a question of lifestyale demographics not economics.
the long-term prospects are always upwards.
So what about Spanish property in particular and why should demand and prices continue to rise for the foreseeable future?
The weather won´t change!
Our belief is that regardless of economic ups and downs, there is one thing you can always depend on, one single unchanging factor that no expert from any bank, government agency or firm of stockbrokers can argue with.
Northern Europe´s dismal and dreary weather is not going to change to any appreciable degree in any of our lifetimes. Meanwhile, Spain continues to enjoy mainland Europe´s best climate and basks in sunshine virtually all year round. More and more people are retiring early and discover that it´s not that easy to pursue a healthy leisurely lifestyle when it´s pouring with rain nearly every day of the week.
